Your data that you share from the website https://www.qnb.com/dijitalkopru or information belonging to you that is collected through cookies* (please visit https://www.qnb.com/destek/gizlilik-politikasi to learn more about the cookies) from the websites you have visited shall be stored securely by QNB and not be disclosed to third parties who are not included in the legal framework in order to provide access to e-transformation products including e-Invoice, e-Archive, e-Ledger, e-Waybill, e-Producer receipt, - Alternative Financing Solutions,, e-Commerce Infrastructure Provider, Pre-Accounting Program, Reconciliation Processes, Human Resources Management, e-Commerce Marketplace Management, Multiple Bank Account Management, International Logistics Management, Chatbot Applications, and Factoring Solution products included in our Dijital Köprü solutions that you have chosen and applied for your business needs not related to banking and Banking services if you become a customer of our Bank and offer better services to you. Personal data of any nature that you share with our Bank shall be treated as a secret, and they shall not be disclosed.
As QNB, we would like to inform you that we carry out our operations by giving priority to security of your personal data in all products and services provided to you and by attaining utmost care to security of your personal data; we take measures of highest level to protect integrity and accuracy of your personal data; and we make sure that all organizations from which we receive support or outsource services and/or with which we have business partnership comply with our standards set forth for information security and privacy.
It is our fundamental principle to use your personal data for your banking transactions and protect your fundamental rights and freedoms as well as privacy of your private life.
All your personal data transmitted when your application requests made electronically are received via the website with the extension https://www.qnb.com/dijitalkopru and obtained by QNB through these means for Dijital Köprü solutions can be processes and transferred with the purposes of:
- Offering all services for Dijital Köprü solutions that you requested in the best possible way and preparing exclusive and tailor-made offers concerning the campaign, our products and services to ensure customer satisfaction, and carrying out promotion, marketing, discount, advertisement and campaign operations for these services and products and offering these to you periodically based on your explicit consent to be given to QNB with regard to the subject,
- Offering all the relevant products and services to your business and system integrations that provide electronic solutions in order to carry out the accounting and tax activities of your business regarding the Dijital Köprü solutions that you applied for based on the legal ground that it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract under the condition that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
- Performing identification and ID confirmation transactions for the persons who are in the phase of becoming a customer of our Bank, fulfilling liability to report to risk monitoring and regulatory-supervisory authorities, and fulfilling liabilities arising from all legislations to which QNB is subject within the scope of banking operations, the Banking Law numbered 5411 in particular, based on the fact that these are projected by law and obligatory for QNB to fulfill its liabilities arising from relevant legislations to which QNB is subject,
- Carrying out the risk management activities and preventing the fraud, on the legal grounds of obligation of processing data for rightful interests of QNB , on the condition of avoiding any harm to fundamental rights and freedom of relevant person,
- Managing processes in legal and/or judicial authorities, particularly complaint management and all legal proceedings and litigations, on the legal basis of obligation on data processing for establishment, exercising or reserving a right;
and with reference to aforementioned legal bases and objectives, QNB may transfer personal data due to legal obligations within the scope of legal restrictions, to persons, institutions and/or organizations required by the Banking Law numbered 5411 and similar legislations; to financial institutions and third parties set forth in Paragraph 4 of Article 73 of the Banking Law numbered 5411, as well as public authorities and entities authorized to obtain personal data such as BRSA, CMB, CBRT, Revenue Administration, Social Security Institution, Financial Crimes Investigation, FINDEKS, Ministry of Treasury and Finance, Credit Bureau, Central Securities Depository; and to controlling shareholder of QNB and our subsidiaries.
Within the scope of your preferences from the solutions offered to you through the Dijital Köprü if it is included in your express consent, your data shall be transferred to;
- our subsidiary eFinans Elektronik Ticaret ve Bilişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. that provides E-transformation products including e-Invoice, e-Archive, e-Ledger, e-Waybill, e-Producer receipt,
- Offering the term management service aimed at paying your e-Invoices which you are the debtee or debtor of, QNB eFinans (Alternative Financing Solution),
- Offering the Human Resources Management service, KolayIK,
- Offering the Reconciliation Processes service, KolayMutabakat,
- Offering the Pre-Accounting Program, KolayBi’,
- Offering the e-Commerce Marketplace Management service, StockMount,
- Offering the Multiple Bank Account Management service, Kobaküs
- Offering the International Logistics Management service, Navlungo,
- Offering the Chatbot Application service, MindBehind,
- Offering the Factoring Solution service, QNB Finans Faktoring
- And offering the e-Commerce Infrastructure Provider service, İkas in order to provide the relevant services to you.
By applying to QNB, you shall have the right to I) to be informed whether your personal data is processed or not, II) request information as to processing if it is processed, III) learn the purpose of processing of the personal data and whether data are used in accordance with their purpose or not IV) know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data have been transferred; V) request rectification in case personal data are processed incompletely or inaccurately VI) request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth under 7th article of the Code, VII) request notification of the operations made as per indents (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred VIII) objecting to occurrence of any result coming out against itself due to the analysis of the Personal Data exclusively with the automatic systems, IX) request compensation for the damages in case the person incurs damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Under the rights described under 11th article of relevant Law, you, as the Data Owner/Data Subject, may send requests;
- by using Application Form which can be obtained from the branches of the Bank or by providing a letter along with documents proving identity (identity card, driving license, passport, etc.) by personal application
- by means of secure electronic signature, mobile signature or registered electronic mail address which is available in the systems of the Bank
With regard to requests,
- Personal Data Owner/Data Subject’s name, surname and signature, if the requests is made in written,
- TR ID number if the applicant is citizen of Turkey Republic; citizenship of the applicant if a foreigner; passport number or ID number if available,
- Domicile or workplace address to send notifications,
- Electronic mail address, telephone and facsimile to send notifications,
- The subject of the request
must be stated; and related information and documents must be enclosed to the request. These applications shall be accepted after your identity is confirmed by QNB and you shall be informed in written or via electronic media within the legal durations.
In written application, the submission date of the document at QNB is deemed as the application date.
In the event that the applications are submitted by other methods, the date of receipt by QNB shall be deemed as the application date.
